"Without pants": does this mean driving around in briefs or boxers, or does it mean in the buff?

If so, WHY?

Liz used to work in a pharmacy at the drive-through window, and she tells about a guy who would come through the drive-through in his underwear. I guess they figure the car is like clothing?

Very strange.

I always remember to wear pants while driving. It's the one thing I CAN do!
