Break in the Weather

It's supposed to drop to 101 by Tuesday. Whoopee!!

Just letting you know nothing has changed since yesterday. I'm on my way to bed. I'll be a little more inspired when/if it finally cools down a little.

Good night.

Wow..that is hot for you up there. I wish you lots of ice Granny.
While it is hotter here...it just works different in a place everyone expects to be horribly hot.

The humidity is to come avisiting up starting next week. UGH!

Well I saw today that we have a "severe weather alert" - ...HOT WEATHER EXPECTED THROUGH THE WEEKEND...is what the notice said. Well no kidding. I think we will have to stay inside and crank up the air. I hate the heat!

Sending you a huge freezer that will contain your house Ann! Stay cool!

Hi Granny,
Hope all is OK in your part of the world. Sounds like you have a real heat-wave happening.
I'll try and send you some of our cold (blowing the air your way !!).
Have a great weekend, stay cool.
Take care, Meow

Take care of yourself, too.

One of the hot weather suggestions here is to soak your feet in cool (but not ice cold!)water. I guess it cools the blood circulating through your feet and legs and helps to cool the rest of your body.

Couldn't hurt to try.

oh my that is way to hot. It is maybe 90 here today. We are having thunder storms, so that will cool us down even more. Try to stay in and don't over heat

Having just spent a week at the beach on Fla's west coast, I must admit even on the beach it wasn't that hot. Whew, your post is making me sweat and not in a good way :)

if I can just say for Ray, please try treatment from an Osteopath or Chiripractor as they can make it so that operations are not needed. medical doctors are sometimes very narrow in their thinking and non-invasive to me seems a good way to go. of course they cannot help everybody but I think surgery should be the last thing they try. I first attended an osteopath 15 years ago and no I work for a sprts chiropractor, truly they keep me going.

Ice cream sounds awfully good, doesn't it?

We've some Haagen Dazs here. Mmmm...might have to crack one of those open, as it's in the 80s here for the first time all year, with zip humidity.

I LOVE IT HERE! :)

I reiterate everyone's sentiments with Ray. I hope they figure him out and help him to feel better soon.

Yuck. Get a kiddie pool, fill it with bags of ice, fix yourself a drink of choice and relax. ;)

The jetstream is positioned poorly for you, but for the most part I'm enjoying it. This June is a lot more tolerable than last June in these parts. But I suppose we'll get ours before too much longer.
