Cold a little better but I'm still not turning any cartwheels.
Thoughts on love - asked of kids from 4 through 8.
When my grandmother got arthritis, she couldn’t bend over to paint her toenails anymore. So my grandfather does it for her all the time, even when his hands got arthritis too.
That’s love.”

I have tears in my eyes and a goofy grin after reading this. Some are so cute.
Thanks for stopping by my site.
Leave it to the kids to remind us what its all about! I love this! Hope you feel better Grans! Thank you for your wonderful words on my post!! Youre a good friend :)
Hey...I just noticed that you changed your subtitle, description, whatever it's called.
I like it!
That is so beautiful!
I LOVE that. I'll have to ask my kids what love means to them. What did your girls say, Gran?

That is too cute! I also love this one: “Love is when Mommy sees Daddy on the toilet and she doesn’t think it’s gross.” Mark age 6
Hi Ann,
Great post! Kids are so honest, and of course it's from their point of view but us big people can relate too! I love it!
Janice~
First, I must point out that I can't do cartwheels anymore. I don't know anyone who can who is over the age of 25. If you're able to do them on a regular day, there must be something we just don't know about you. Either that, or you've found the fountain of youth (which I actually believe, as you seem so young).
As for the quotes, those are great. I think it's great how introspective kids really are. We just don't give them enough credit.
Thanks for the laugh!

Those three particularly hit home for me.
They're all beautiful and funny and above all, true, though.
Thanks for that, Ann. I needed it.
Still thinking of you and Ray.
