With two sqabbling girls. One is afraid of trains. We'll be riding Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) from the outskirts of the city to downtown. I don't think BART has had an accident in all the years it's been around. She isn't sure she wants to go. There's only one way to avoid all bridges and it adds at least 30 minutes of winding mountain pass to the trip. I told her we'd go across the lowest bridge and now she's fretting about being so close to the water. A shark might get her. Not that close, Rebecca.
I think we're going to be riding in a London style double decker bus as well. I'll deal with that when we get there.
If she were a native San Franciscan, we'd never get her out of the city (except straight south) which is incredibly boring. (Sorry San Jose: not you, the trip there).
I'm supposed to meet friends there at 10:30 to join in the parade. It's 7:15 and a two hour trip at best. Ouch.
Talk to you later.

Well, it sounds exciting, and I bet she has blast anyway. She sounds like my oldest son in a way.
Hopefully all goes well on the trip there and that you have a fun time once you've reached your destination!! Have a great day Ann, you need this kind of day to be with friends and just enjoy yourself!!
Sounds like a long day in Bay Area traffic. We fought traffic on 101 all day yesterday in temps over 100ยบ
SF will at least be cooler. Have fun, and try to relax a bit...
The parade? Pride? Are you going to Pride in San Fransisco?????
Oh...take me, please. take me. I'll be really good. I help with the kids. Anything I promise.
