On Second Thought

I may have posted this before but since the photos are missing from the banner, here are the girls.

From left to right
Rochelle - age 11
Elcie - age 13
Rebecca - age 10

This was taken in early May. That strange looking thing in the background is a stuffed animal named "rhino whose name is hippo". And yes he's made from patchwork quilt. Whoever originally named him (I've had him for at least 20 years) wasn't sure what kind of animal he was supposed to be and covered all the bases.

I have two more posts following this one. The usual Friday Cat Blogging (Dipstick this time) and an update on life around here.

The girls are so beautiful and from what I have read well behaved also.
Like you kitty pic.
So sorry to hear that your husband is back in the hospital. Maybe this time they can fix what is wrong. Prayers going your way.

Dar Ann ~~ Good to see you back. Love the photo of the girls, but isn't Rebecca 10 ? Do hpe Ray is feeling better and they really get him right this time. Try to get some rest for yourself. Love, Merle.

Cute cat, cuter kids, bad luck and yay for getting things sorted.

I'm sorry about Ray. I don't know how you're managing to cope; if this was Mike I'd be in pieces by now.

Guess you're just made of stronger stuff, huh?

;-)

Listen, doubleknot is probably right: maybe this time they'll really be able to make some progress and help him feel better.

And Merle is definitely right: you need to get as much rest as is humanly possible, ok? That is an order!

I'm here for the next seven hours (bar having to nip out in my lunch hour): email me to your heart's content.

I'm here for you, hun. As always.

*Hugs* xxx

Dear Ann ~~ Thanks for your comment on the Pasta Salad. I usually use a whole chicken and tons of salad and it's a
complete meal. Quick and easy. Do you
teach the girls things like that? I guess at present you are not in the mood. Positive vibes for you and Ray.
Love, Merle.

I didn't realize your blog was out, because I continued to see a post from a few days ago. No blank screen. I thought you were too busy to post.

I don't know what to say. I'm very sorry to hear that Ray's back in hospital, I wish there was something more helpful to say or do.

XO

Add my voice to those telling you that we are thinking of you and Ray and hoping for the best and hoping it all gets much better soon.

Take care and rest, if you can.
So glad that you are back in blogland!

Your girls are so pretty. I am sorry to hear about Ray, I am thinking good thoughts for him. One thing I loved about being a kid in summer was being able to stay up a little later and hang out with the big people, Elcie will remember those times.

Hi Ann,

Cute picture of the girls. Your hippo thing reminds me of my stuff snake named snakey. My mom made it. I don't have it anymore, because I lost a battle with my dad on garbage day along time ago.
