What Should You Be When You Grow Up?

You Should Be a Doctor

You are practical, sharp, and very intuitive.
Optimistic and energetic, you are a problem solver who doesn't get discouraged easily.
You are also quite compassionate and caring. You make people feel hopeful.
You're highly adaptable and capable. You do well with almost any curve ball life throws at you.

You do best when you:

- Are always learning new subjects
- Use your knowledge to solve problems

You would also be a good therapist or detective.

This is GREAT! I did the test, and you know what it said I should be? A social worker! Good thing, huh?

I should be a mechanic...I don't think so. I knew I should have chosen that other one!

You are logical, calm, and detail oriented.
You're rational when things are chaotic, and for you, reason always prevails.
And while you are guided by logic, you aren't a slave to it.
You're flexible when it counts. You are always open to being wrong.

You do best when you:

- Work with your hands
- Can use tools, machines, or equipment

You would also be a good architect or carpenter.

Hi Ann,

I too the test and this is what I got;

You're flexible when it counts. You are always open to being wrong.

I don't think that's right.

LOL, LOL...Wewll this one reflects that other side of me--The Logical---YOU SHOULD BE A MECHANIC--side...The thing is some of what this one says is true, too...But the first one is closer to who I really am.
This was fun, Ann....

Good Afternoon Granny,
Burrrr!!!! It is cold here today. But, it is nice and warm inside the house here. I did the "What Should You Be When You Grow Up?" thing, but, there were a few of them that caught my eye. One was a teacher and the other a mechanic. I can really see me being a mechanic. LOL. All I know how to use is a hammer and screwdriver. Oh wait, I can change a flat or I should say I used to could. It's been so long since I've changed one, I've probably forgotten how. LOL. I'm glad you stopped by. I just ate me a brownie. I think I'm going to open up a can of soup and make some tunafish for me and the kids tonight. Ain't nothing better than that on a cold night. Well, take care and have a great Thursday. God Bless You. Hope Ray is feeling good today.

Hugs,
Karen H.

Sensitive and intuitive, you understand human emotions well.
Helping others gives you the most joy in life. You feel like it's your purpose in life.

You do best when you:

- Have a lot of responsibility
- Greatly impact someone's life with your work

You would also be a good philanthropist or stay at home parent.

It tells me I should be a social worker, I am a nurse, close enough. I knew I wouldn't want to be a doctor.

Ann, this is great! This is what is said about me:

Confident, assertive, and dedicated - you know what you want in life and how to get it.
Stubborn and opinionated, you can stand your ground... even if it's unpopular.
And while you have strong views, you never overwhelm people with your opinions.
A true charmer, you subtly influence people into seeing things your way.

You do best when you:

- Work according to your own rules
- Can change the world with what you do

You would also be a good lawyer or talk show host.

Moi? A politician or a lawyer?

Omigosh. Heh

Good Morning Granny,
I'm here early. LOL. You are probably still sleeping since you are 2 hours behind me. It is a cold morning here. It is 32 degrees right now. Stop by my blog today when you have time, I have something there for you. I also did my first Friday Show & Tell. It's different than most of the Friday Show & Tell's. Well, take care my friend and have a great Friday. May God Bless You.

Hugs,
Karen H.

I remember being asked when I was 14 what I wanted to be when I got older and telling the careers advise that I wanted to do my A levels and get a degree in Physics or Chemistry...
I did that blindly but then I had no idea what to do after that, i didnt wanna be a teacher or go on to do a Phd...
I ended up getting a job as a labourer at my dads engineering works for the next 9 years and becoming a alcoholic, If I had my time over again I would of done stuff very different, probably become an electrician and well we can all say that cant we.
I have told Luke to become a joiner because we are real short of them in the Uk seems everyone wants to sit on computers now a days!
