Val is a new visitor from Melbourne, Australia. I missed introducing her earlier but I'm making up for it with this link.
It's a recipe for Cinnamon Tea Cake. I would have copied and pasted but her descriptions and the comments are as interesting as the recipe.
It involves something called a sandwich tin. I'd call it a round cake pan with a removable bottom. Val used a loaf pan.
She has an interesting blog. Not all recipes; a little of everything.
I'll be back again. I think it's easier to let the recipes stand alone when I can remember to do it.
