Moving Day for Bloggers

Tina (The Other Tina) hangs her hat here

Dongurigal can be found here

Long day and still nothing specific about Ray which in itself is good news I suppose.

I'm still coughing and sneezing so staying away. For sure tomorrow with his clean clothes though. I'll put a mask on and just buzz in and out.

Elcie was sick today - it seems to be making the rounds. Rebecca fell asleep early for a Friday. I wonder it she will be next.

Just checking in to say hello, thanks for the comments, and I'm still trying to catch up with all the blogs. My eyes are still bothering me. I read for a little while and get fuzzy.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Hi Ann
It might be worthwhile to check your eyes for new glasses, especially reading glasses. Eye strain might be the cause of those symptoms, but no doubt a very busy life with added stresses could also be contributing!

I trust yout in for a better week for your family and for Ray.

Best wishes

Ann I hope everyone gets back to "normal" soon. Is that the right word to use? I hope everyone feels better soon. I agree with the previous poster, check the glasses. That used to happen to me before I got my new ones. The fuzziness, and I'd have to stop reading.

Anyway I am off to take some pain killers for this back of mine and it actually helps me sleep too. Take Care Ann and get better soon.

I have to remember to clean my glasses when it gets fuzzy. The thing that has unwittingly sent me to sleep is listening to a story tape. I never get beyond the first page - its lovely. Hope things buck up and you have a better week.

Hi Ann, Thanks for your comments. I hope you have some idea of what's going on with Ray by now. Also hope that you are feeling better, too. I haven't been around much-been really busy at work-but I have been thinking about you and wondering how everything is going with you.
Also-read your blogiversary post and have to say that that's the way I feel too (you could say it better than I can)-I'm pretty isolated here and without blogging and a couple of internet groups I belong to, I would be completely lost. Thanks for blogging!

I'm sorry to hear you're not well. Hope you get well soon. Just take enough rest and don't overdo anything. With the weather now, lots of people are getting sick. Hope I don't go down too after we've had no electricity. No electric fans, no aircons.....the heat is unbearable. Can't sleep at night because of the heat.
Thanks for passing by.

Hi Ann, take a rest from blogging for a day or two and spend the time on yourself resting (as much as you can, with a family and Ray in the hospital). Hope they can find out what's ailing him and make him well soon.

I'm thinking of you all. Take care and have heaps of chicken soup.

When my kids get sick, and it keeps going and going and gong the the darn energizer bunny, I spray the entire house, the whole thing, door knobs, beds and toys, furniture, you name it, with lysol sanitizer spray, the kind that kills germs, including staff. I change all the bedding and wash the pillows, too. hope this helps.

Sorry to hear Ray's in the hospital. Hope it's a brief stay, and that the bug runs it's course soon. I hate it when everyone's sick, and especially at the same time. I like to hibernate when I'm sick. Just leave me alone and let me suffer in peace, please. You don't want me to talk to you anyway, trust me. :-)

That homemade chicken soup sounds good, although it's supposed to be back up to almost 90 degrees tomorrow and the rest of the week. I'm ready for the cool weather to get here and stay.

Take care, Ann. :-)

Hello Ann ~ I hope things are improving at your place, and with Ray. Thanks for your comments. That joke is funny whether it's a daisy or a carnation.
Take care, Love, Merle.
